The Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Indiana has several negative reviews online. Most of the unhappy guests were complaining baout dirty towels, linens and dirty rooms. One guest even went so far as to say that Marriott should revoke their license. Guests experienced Thick gunky mold and dirty buildup on the bathroom floor.One guest did report a friendly staff, and liked the free internet access. Guests cautioned that the breakfast isn't free, and there is no signage telling you it isn't free. One guest complained that she didn't get her free morning newspaper as promised.
