The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Carmel is close to downtown Indianapolis and comprises 120 suites designed for the extended stay business or pleasure traveler. Each of the suites at this four-story, non-smoking hotel has a separate living room and sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, passes to the nearby Lifestyle Fitness center, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the RCA Dome, the State Fairgrounds, Chateau Thomas Winery, Indianapolis Zoo, the Children's Museum, the Indiana Transportation Museum and the Verizon Wireless Music Center.
