The room we had was on the 11TH floor back and the view of the river was nice the room was big. The room was not dirty but it could use a little deep cleaning. The staff was good. All & all it was a very comfortable hotel and I would recommend it to any one.
Room had a good view of river, pool/hot tub nice.
Room could have been a little cleaner.

We were there only a short time. We were unable to take advantage of the many amenities that was offered.
I always have trouble sleeping in a strange bed, the DVD to help sleep was great.
I didn't not get to stay longer.

We are a tough family to please - with two, four, and six year old children. However the kids were more than pleased with a pizzeria next door and a very nice pool and hot tub on the top floor of the hotel.
We loved the pool - on the top floor of the hotel - neat.
I can't think of anything.

All the rooms and 16 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, refrigerator, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and three two-line telephones with voicemail and speakerphone. Connecting rooms, cribs and rollaway beds are available. The suites have the added advantage of a whirlpool bath and bathrobes.

Travelers to Springfield who stayed at this Crowne Plaza said that it was a decent hotel with a very professional and polite team of employees. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms were spacious. Some clients were disappointed that the amenities were not more modern - they had expected a flat screen television – and they thought the prices were on the high side. The location was good, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and most guests said they would stay at this hotel on future visits to the area.
