The hotel itself is very nice. The outside rooms, however, are old style, but comfortable.

With the exception of no hot water, I enjoyed my stay. Even though I was in a first floor outside room, it was quiet and I had no trouble sleeping.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower had no hot water. No explanation when I reported this to the front desk.

The location was good. beautiful ballrooms/guest halls. rooms were a little to be desired. The beds were a little stiff but good for what we needed. the key system was down but the staff was helpful. the pool area was nice. the restaurant was very poor and the buffet was cold and the food wasn't all that good. the staff was very polite and helpful.

The location was convenient for the business we had to do.

Many visitors to Skokie appreciated the warm welcome they received at this Holiday Inn. The location is good, not far from downtown Chicago and its busy OHare International Airport and the rooms here are clean and comfortable. Some clients thought the rates were a little pricey while others said the property offered good value. Most first-time guests said they would recommend the property to others and planned to stay here themselves on future visits to the area.
