The hotel staff was courteous, room service was great, and the room itself was very nicely appointed. I had surgery that day, and we picked the room because it had a recliner-which was perfect since I slept sitting up that night! The hotel was easy to find, and pretty centrally located to convenience stores, shopping, etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved the balcony too!

I really wanted to stay in Evanston but I could not find an affordable price. This hotel is well located, but it is not a great value for the price -- it is showing age.
