I was very impressed with this Hotel in many different areas. First being the staff. What a friendly group of staff from the check in all the way to the room maids. Very professional and very friendly (they even made us maps to destinations such as restaurants and Shedd Aquarium for us)! Also, the whole Hotel was impressively clean and clutter free. Ice machine was always full of ice and it was a packed house the two days we stayed. And it was nice to see the laundry area was always clean and lint and dust balls were not evident! Our room was immaculate and smelled clean. The rooms are small as well as the bathroom but for the price and comfort/cleanliness/ location I was willing to ignore that feature. Mall was across the street as well as a Target and a very nice movie theater. It was easy on and off to go to Chicago. Oh! And the best part was their complimentary breakfast was a real breakfast! There were eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles that you make. Fruit, milk, French toast, sausage, orange juice, and coffee; man I hope I remembered everything! Impressive! At night you get 3 free drinks per adult and Chips pretzels, popcorn and soda for the kids! We will be back I promise! Staff for recommending Ginos pizza! We had a great stay! I hope you try this place out!
