Overall I had an excellent stay at this Hotel this was the first time I have used it. I will continue to do so in the future.

Loved almost everything about this hotel. Excellent service, good location, indoor pool, etc. Room was a little on the small side, but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room for it to matter. The King size bed was way too soft for me, but my wife loved it! Room was very clean, including carpet and shower grout, two things that almost always seem to have problems at a hotel. Even with hwy 290 right outside our window, this is a very quiet hotel. I would recommended it to anyone wanting to stay in Schaumburg!

This 3 star rated hotel has just remodeled their rooms and was comparable to a 4 star hotel in St. Louis that we stayed in the previous night. The pillow top mattress was plush and complete with a down comforter and soft but supportive pillows. The room was clean, the carpet without stains and the plasma TV was awesome - reception was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions to attractions in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan to return again.

Room was tastefully decorated, bed and lines were plush, plasma TV with HD, pleasant, helpful staff always available.

Fruit, yogurt and granola parfait purchased at breakfast bar was not fresh.

This hotel gets great reviews about its location near Woodfield Mall with its 300 fine shops, very reasonable prices and efficient and friendly team of employees. There were complaints that some of the facilities were looking a little tired and dated. The hotel has completed an $18 million renovation. Hopefully those complaints will now stop and those unhappy clients will return and enjoy the improved amenities.
