Not enough glasses (1), towels (2), t.p in rooms. Toilet broken upon check-in, tub faucet dripped all three days. Heavy smoke odor in N/S room. Managers genuinely helpful, but this hotel not up to Hyatt standards.

This is a beautiful hotel, with great facilities, a great sportsbar, and is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Hyatt did a great job of accommodating our requests. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were very small. The pool was pretty dirty.

We noticed that the hotel does not pay attention to details that make customers happy. A Skittle was in our bed, gorp on the floor near the bed. No fitted sheets. Sauna was closed for repair. No towels in men's or womens locker room. hot tub was closed. our first room was smokey and was a non-smoking room. If you are picky, don't stay at this hotel. Not worth the price.

Room facilities/decor/upkeep are poor. Wireless network worked well. This hotel needs "the HYATT touch".

bathroom had peeling wall paper, inside front door damaged, mold in tub tile. chrushed cookie on floor of bedroom. last hyatt for us, 2nd poor one.
