Overall our stay was pleasant. The lobby area was beautiful and clean. The staff was always friendly. However, the rooms weren't great. the bathroom was very small and some of light fixtures were not working in our room.

Very nice hotel. Very accomodating to our request to change rooms in the middle of the night due to odd odor. Offered free breakfast for any inconvinence we may have experienced.
Nice location for shopping. We needed to switch rooms and the staff was very accommodating and even offered free breakfast.
There was an odd (skunk like) odor in our room which worsened the longer we were there.

The Hyatt Regency Woodfield is centrally located for maximum shopping and dining experiences.
Although we were placed in a smoking room, the staff did try to deodorize.
I called to confirm non-smoking rooms, but was placed in a smoking room.

The least expensive rooms have courtyard or city views and offer a choice of one king or two double beds. Amenities include work desk with Internet access, TV with cable movie channels and pay-per-view movies, two telephones with voicemail, electronic door locks, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee marker.
