Comfortable Stay - posted on 02/15/2006

Stayed here for a night as my flight got cancelled. Room has a very decent size, hotel is very clean, friendly staff, provided me with toletaries without any charge, convenient shuttle service to the airport.

pretty good experience - posted on 07/08/2005

This certainly isn't up to the standards of luxury that one would expect from the Hyatt (try downtown if you're looking for that), but it was a good hotel, with great foodand great service. My only real complaints were that the bed was very hard, and that I was expecting a little more from Hyatt

Great room but transportation lacking - posted on 06/02/2005

Great, clean and comfortable room in this hotel staffed by quality people. However, make a plan for getting between the hotel and Rosemont train station. It's a 20 minute brisk walk or $6 one-way cab ride. I lucked out with nice weather but the hotel should better communicate when its courtesy shuttle to the airport is available to drop off guests near the station. It's on the way. They sell you on their proximity to the train station but I really think its more than a mile away. You'll do enough walking just seeing the sights.

Nice Hyatt, Few Frills - posted on 11/09/2004

I stay here when I can because of its incredible proximity to my business. I recommend it to business travellers only. The lobby, while beautiful, is teeny tiny, with a "gift closet" to buy only your most essentials. There is a pool...but at the OTHER Hyatt down the block (you can take the shuttle). Stairs are only for emergency use, so elevator access--to even a floor above--is limited at "rush hour." Other than that it is lovely with an excellent restaurant. Just really teeny.
