Convenient to O'Hare Airport with shuttle bus every 15 mins to and from hotel.

Shuttle bus to hotel from O'Hare Airport was good.

Some of the decor was old in rooms.

Earlier complaints that this Crowne Plaza was beginning to look a little tired have stopped now that the upmarket property has been renovated. All the rooms are suites are new with elegant furniture and fixtures. The professional team of employees is praised for its efficient and friendly service and those who have dined here been delighted with the quality of the meals and the affordable pricing. Many clients say they will return to this hotel on future visits to Chicago and have no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
