This hotel was excellent and super clean. The staff was excellently trained and the suites were fantastic. We had two rooms and each had two flat screen LCD TVs, coffee maker, sleeper sofa,and was very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near O'hare airport.

Excellent room, got two suites for the price.

The 296-all suites Sheraton Gateway Suites Chicago O'Hare is close to the airport and operates a 24-hour complimentary shuttle to the terminals. The property is close to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the Allstate Arena and the Rosemont Theatre. This is a full-service hotel catering to the leisure and business traveler prepared to pay a little more for additional space and comfort. There are 13 meeting rooms for business and social functions, the largest being able to handle 50 attendees. Guests here can enjoy access to the nearby Willow Creek Health Club which is a 50,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facility.

A top quality airport hotel that gets good reviews from former clients. Several businessmen use this hotel when they are in Chicago for work in the city and suffer the congested drive into town daily saying the prices and amenities here are well worth the drive-time. Friendly and helpful staff and the competitive rates also earn good marks from those who have stayed here. There are some minor gripes about the high cost of parking and using the Internet.
