I found this Hotel to be just right.Short drive to O'Hare on their shuttle was fine.5 minute walk to Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse (FABULOUS).Sports Bar at the hotel was great.Food was more than adequate for hotel fare.Room was nice/bath a bit to small.I would stay here again without thinking twice.

This hotel was pretty nice. The rooms were clean. The lobby had sylish furniture. However, I was pretty miffed to discover that parking was $17/day and internet was $10/day. Those are two things that I'd come to accept as usually included in the price. They also tried to charge me for using items from the mini-bar despite the fact that room service hadn't entered my room since I had checked in. Luckily they removed the charges without much of a fight. If you want to save some coin on parking, there's a CTA lot not far away that was $3 per 15 hours I think.

Nice, comfy beds. Good water pressure. Overpriced food, mini bar, and parking.

Noisy hotel - posted on 06/02/2006
Just spent one very noisy night at this hotel. I think that they should have spent some of the 10.5 million from the recent renovation on trying to make the rooms quieter. Airplanes taking off from Ohare were so loud that I thought I was standing outside. Walls in the tower room were so thin, that I could hear people in the next room talking and there was a huge gap under the door that allowed all of the noise in the hall to filter into the room. I have stayed at Days Inns that were not nearly as loud as this 3 diamond hotel.

The beds were fantastic, and the staff was wonderful!

I make reservation to this hotel for doble bed and I end up for king bed. They don't care and no apology. Customer service is the worst the only thing they care is for large group.
why skimp on TP? - posted on 09/18/2005
It was a beautiful, if small room, my room overlooked other hotels from afar and faced O'Hare. The halogen light in the bathroom went out in the middle of the night, and the toilet paper was cheaper than the stuff used in my old dormitory.. but the bed was cozy and the interior architecture of the Hotel was beautiful.

We attended a convention at the Rosemont and this was not the best choice for the block of rooms. We had to walk a lot further compared to the hotels across River Road. $17.00 to park in a hotel parking lot I am staying at? I know they are trying to reduce the parking for Rosemont attendees, but should I have to pay because of that? Will not stay at this location for next years convention. I can stay cheaper somewhere else and catch a cab to the convention center for less.

A great night's sleep! - posted on 06/12/2005
This was a clean, comfortable hotel. The lobby is a bit out of date, but our room was great. We were in one of the four "towers," with wedge-shaped rooms, and our window was ENORMOUS -- lots of light! The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I didn't hear a single noise from outside our room all night.
Overpriced Hotel - posted on 05/02/2005
This hotel is way overpriced. The rooms are tiny. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and they got the reservations wrong and refused to rectify the problem. You have to pay to use the exercise facilities and to park. I only give it a 2 because the concierge was helpful.
HORRIBLE! - posted on 03/19/2005
This has got to be the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It has a rundown feeling. Service not too great. They set up a "make-shift" night club in the lobby. All rooms look down on lobby so our room got smoky, and it was LOUD and cheesy.
