This hotel although located near the airport is exceptionally quiet. The food was superb.Excellent service.

As a previous reviewer said, it is an older property and could use a lot of updating. It was stark and uninviting. I had a 26 hour layover in the hotel and I had run out of magazines to read. There were about 5 channels on the tv that you didn't have to pay for. Anytime a maintenance person or a cleaning person was in the hall, they would make so much noise- they were yelling back and forth, which is kind of unsettling when you're trying to take a nap. I just found that to be unprofessional. I did think the front desk people could not have been any nicer- they were super.

After reading the other reviews, I was expecting the worst. However, the price was right, and I needed a place with a free shuttle to O'Hare. I was pleasantly surprised. Parking was $14/night extra, but the desk clerk gave me free parking without asking. The shuttle drivers were very nice, and so was the rest of the staff. For what I needed, it was perfect.

Hotel isnt good quality for price. Customer service was bad, at check in, and check out. Not friendly. Hallways smell like mildew. Needs LOTS of improvment.

This hotel is terrible!! Customer service is non-existent. We were not informed that the hotel was under construction, and were awakened at 8 am to drills, and hammers. The fitness center has most of the equipment covered due to construction. The food is overcooked and overpriced. The indoor pool isn't heated. I tried to get a receipt upon check-out and couldn't get the front desk clerk to print one even though I asked 3 times. When I called the manager I was put on hold and left there. I never did get to speak to him.

When I booked our room (in January) it was under the assumption that I would be looking for the Radisson Hotel. At no time was I informed it was named Wyndham - we drove around for a long time looking for a Radisson, since we are from out of town. I don't know if there was a name change or what, but no where on my reservation was the name Wyndham mentioned. My husband (who was driving) was not very happy about that. We did have a very nice room and enjoyed are stay after finding the right place.
