When I arrived--late around 10:30 p.m. The young man at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. He offered any help needed to make our stay enjoyable--which it was. He was efficient and quick. It didn't take long to get checked in and down to our room. The breakfast was delicious and very warm. I would stay here again when I am in Rockford, Illinois.

I liked the humor of the front desk attendant and his helpfulness, too.

I'm not sure if this is classified as about the hotel but my address was listed wrongly as 800 Connecticut aver in Norwalk, ct 06854.

This hotel must have just been updated. The decor was most appealing with a great arrangement. We had a quiet night after a day of moving my Mom into her new place. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite. Breakfast, hot and cold items, were more than adequate and the area to enjoy it was more than required. The location was ideal also.

There was quite a bit of noise from the tollway.

The front desk personnel are cheerful and welcoming, and the staff is all-around professional and courteous. Accommodations are clean and have fine facilities, including great beds and a wide selection of TV channels. The pool area is nice, and the fitness center features modern conditioning and strength training equipment. Eating out is a cinch as there are several restaurants located within walking distance.
