I loved this hotel. Hotel just renovated. My family loved the new CoCo Key Water Resort. Great value for the price.

The public areas of this hotel were under major renovations. Most areas were either temporary(lobby & lounge) or were not acessable. Have stayed there before so were very dissapointed when we arrived without having been informed of problems. Pool that was open,was geared toward children. Too many children with too few adults supervising for us to attempt entrance. Rooms were nice but not worth the price when all else was not usable

Maybe nice when remodel is done but at this time pool was only good for the multiple children that were enjoying it. All other facilities were closed or not accessable without going out in the rain/snow

Our kids loved the pool area. There were a group of kids in the age group of 10-16. They were playing dodge ball and almost hit quite a few people. Some people made complaints, but nobody ever came down. That was a disappointing. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the beds were not comfortable at all.

Rooms were excellent, nice location, lots of activities available for kids, great for families. Customer Service was terriable at all hours of day!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at the Clocktower was very positive. I thought the service at the counter was great upon checking in and then when we got into our room I was even more impressed. No spots on the carpets, no dust on the furniture and even the toilet paper was folded just like an upsale hotel. I was also impressed with how sound insulated the rooms were. Our room was located right across from vending and ice machines and you'd think the noise would be heard all night. Not at all. Very nice. Hope to come and stay again soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was quiet and fairly convenient to what we wanted to do in Rockford. The rooms were very clean and reasonable in size although older. It is very convenient to the bus to get to the airport as it stops right there. I would recommend this hotel-especially for the price and convenience.

This hotel has it all. Great restaurant, entertainment, shops, pool, activity center and great rooms at a very resonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to visit again myself.
