Comfortable hotel in a convenient location, though a little difficult to access via the interstate. Friendly, helpful staff. Temperature was not easily controlled in the room. Window unit could not be turned off, and could not be set to maintain a specific temperature. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay in Peoria if you want to be away from Downtown.

The room and hotel was fine for our stay, but I did not like the fact that I did not get an option for bed type.

Check in was extremely easy!

The 124 all-suites SpringHill Suites Peoria is located in the center of the city, minutes from the Peoria Airport and close to the Peoria Civic Center and Bradley University. The five-story, non-smoking provides reasonably priced accommodation equally suited to the business and leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting room available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 45 guests. The hotel is located behind the Westlake Shopping Center. Other area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the Par-a-Dice Riverboat Casino, Wildlife Prairie Park, Glen Oak Zoo, Lakeview Museum of Arts and Sciences, Forest Park Nature Center, the George L. Luthy Memorial Botanical Gardens and Zellmer's Dinner Theater.

Most guests at this Marriott property enjoyed their stay saying it was quiet, convenient and comfortable with reasonable prices. Many couples made use of the kitchen and saved money on restaurant bills. Shoppers were in walking distance of a mall and business clients were close to the civic center. Most visitors said they would stay here again and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
