It was hard to find because you had to go through the Mall. It was fine except that the room heating unit buzzed anoyingly whenever it was on. Everything else was fine.

This room was so dirty that I put towels on the floor to walk on. Noisy. Could hear every door slam from my room. Staff was rude.

Room was clean and in good condition. Better than usual free breakfast. No luggage rack or refrigerator available. Access only through the mall lot is a minor annoyance.

I found the room quite comfortable and clean. Must drive through the shopping mall to find the entrance. There is construction in front, so request a room in back not facing the highway - the construction trucks begin work at 6:30AM.

This hotel was a lot cheaper than others in the area, and it didn't sacrifice anything. The free breakfast is great. More than just doughnuts and coffee. The pool area was very clean. The rooms were a little small, but clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again.

I have to say that this was a great hotel for the price. I don't know if we got a break because there is construction all around the hotel or not but we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of channels to watch and the pool looked very inviting (although we didn't partake). The only improvment that I can think of would be that they need to have the Air on in the room before you get there.

Overnight accommodations were very satisfactory. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The rooms were very adequate except for size - but since only an overnight stay - it worked out fine.

Husband travels constantly, this was a wonderful place he said. Clean, great rooms, data ports (a must), upgraded him to exec. room when he asked for a fridge - at no charge. Breakfast was his only complaint because the waffle maker was broken and never replaced in his week's stay. Would stay again easily!!!

The room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast had good variety and quality food. A good value for the price. The only negative was the low pressure shower head

the staff is friendly, they have internet access and the place is clean and pretty. the only problem is getting to the hotel. It took us an hour once we spotted it. Word of advice: YOU NEED TO CUT THROUGH THE SHOPPING MALL.

When I reserved the room the Hotel was called Fairfield Inn. I found out the name of the motel had been changed to the Baymont Inn. The motel employee rudely informed that the name had been changed 4months earlier. I asked if this happened often and the girl walked away from me. Another girl finished checking us in. While I was standing at the counter, another person was having the same problem that I had encountered. I am still unhappy about this situation and I will not stay with your motel chain again. There are too many other motels in this country. I will not continue business with people that are so rude....

The room requested was for a king size bed, non-smoking - we did not receive a king size bed; the room was damp and musty; the customer service employees were rude and did not convey any information pertaining to the hotel at the time of check-in. The name listed for the hotel is "Fairfield Inn by Marriott"; The correct name should be "Baymont Inn and Suites". This name should be advertised so that customers are aware as to which hotel they are staying in.

When everything goes right, somebody is doing something extra. Clean rooms without that coverup smell. Pool in pristine condition. Nicely extensive & healthy breakfast - more then a donut and coffee.
