The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located just off I-74 close to Bradley University and the Civic Center. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 40 guests. The hotel is located behind the Northwoods Mall and is five miles east of the Shoppes at Grand Prairie. Other area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the Par-a-Dice Riverboat Casino, Wildlife Prairie Park, Glen Oak Zoo, Lakeview Museum of Arts and Sciences, Forest Park Nature Center, the George L. Luthy Memorial Botanical Gardens and Zellmer's Dinner Theater.

From Peoria Airport (PIA) 10 miles: Take I-474 West to I-74 East to Exit 88 for Sterling Avenue. Turn Left on Sterling then take first right into Northwoods Mall parking lot. Continue to your right halfway around mall. Access road (Teamster Drive) will be on the right hand side. Follow access road to the hotel.
