A little difficult to find and the sign is very small. Quiet location and close to shopping, etc. Front desk staff could not get my credit card to work and could almost not get another card to work. Nothing was wrong with either as I went to the mall and used them just to see and the salesperson had no problem. A lot of wasted time and embarrassment due to staff incompetence.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies were great. Lobby was open and inviting yet you could still find a quiet corner for a phone call. Beds were fantastic.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

The only thing I would change would be to number the outside entrances to make locating rooms easier.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Oak Brook Terrace. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
