The hotel is clean and comfortable. The king size bed allows good sleeping for two people. It is near restaurants.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cig. Smoke - even though it was listed as a non-smoking room. The 2nd room, located in what appeared to be an older - or at least not remodeled - section of the hotel also smelled, and one of the sleep number beds was non-functional. At that point we were afraid the whole hotel smelled unpleasantly, yet the third room was pleasant and both beds worked, for the most part. The side entryway to the hotel smelled horrible (musty and rancid). The hallway carpets were stained yet clean. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, room service was quick and well presented. I would hesitate to stay again - since if the hotel had been full, we probably would not have been able to switch rooms until we got one that was acceptable - and I am not all that fussy to begin with.

Had to try out three rooms to find one that was acceptable.

The staff was very responsive, and we had a good stay. There were no problems, and the location was good in terms of our plans in town. There were good local restaurants for families.

We were pleased with the location for our plans in town.

I am more comfortable with outside doors that require a card swipe for entry.

This pet-friendly suburb hotel offers more than good nights sleep. A number of guests appreciated toiletries, price, complimentary Internet, clean rooms with comfy beds, parking, pool area, breakfast and service. However, some guests grumbled about noise, mal-functioning amenities, dirty bathrooms, in-room odor, poor water pressure in shower, rude staff, mold in sink area and limited cable channels.
