All in the entire hotel was excellent, I did lose power during my stay but they were quick to fix it for me. The free internet access was great and the hotel staff was very quick to help me with any questions I had.

The hotel was very convent to the transportation and restraints.

You could hear other guest in there room.

For accommodations where upscale qualities would have been desired, this motel of course did not qualify, but then again that's not what it was for.

Its location in relation to where I was traveling was good.

Nothing I didn't like per se, it's just that it was basic temporary housing.

This is a good hotel for the money. The train from Skokie is about a five minute drive and you can park there for 2 bucks and take the train into Downtown. If you time it right you can take the yellow Skokie line and then the express purple train before 9:45 in the morning or after 2:45 in the afternoon and that will save about 25 minutes getting Downtown. Otherwise the red line will take you in about an hour. But for the price and the cleanliness of the hotel the long ride is worth it.

Good Clean room, recently updated, vaulted ceiling and mini frig was a bonus.

We had a room in the front and had to park in the back one night.

Guests should look past the hotel´s old looking exterior as it is tastefully designed inside offering comfortbale common areas. Accommodations are quite spacious, clean and feature comfy bedding. The interent connection works faultlessly. Staff members are all-around personable and helpful. Although breakfast is tasty, the number of items available each morning is pretty limited. Being near a busy street, this hotel provides quiet lodging even for the pickiest sleepers specially in the rooms in the back. Good value for the price.
