I got there late and staff did not have any smoking room left. They offered to switch me the following day, but I put my air purifier in the room and cleaned it and didn't move. They were great!

Despite my initial problems with getting directions, when I arrived the front desk person was polite and apologetic of no one answering when I called. The room was rather nice, and the bed was very comfortable. When I accidentally locked myself out of my room, the front desk person quickly gave me another room key. Overall I was happy with the room and with my stay.

I liked the kitchenette including all appliances, dishes, and items needed to make/prepare my food.

When I called to get directions, no one would answer the phone. I hung up after 10 minutes of trying.

Very nice for the short time we stayed. You can borrow movies for no fee and I loved the little convenient store located inside the hotel. You can purchase anything and its charged to your room. Very nice.

Convenient location, loved the full kitchen.

The drain in the shower didn't work properly.

Built in 1998, this 3 story hotel has 122 well-maintained rooms. Although this is a pet-friendly place, the carpet does not showcase any type of animal fur and if you look closely to the furniture, you will see that they are not only surface clean they are actually spotless. Apart from the cleanliness of the hotel, the multilingual staff also plays a great role in making the hotel a favorite among tourists. The staffs are very courteous and they do their job well.
