The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The elevator was a bit on the slow side, but worked fine. Gym equipment was in good condition. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very nice. Everything in the room was in working order except for the night latch on the door. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I am in Chicago. The bed was really incredibly comfortable.

Room smelled of stale smoke, but I should have requested a non-smoking room -- my fault.

The lobby was very nice. It had fireplaces and plenty of places for socializing. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The maids were very prompt and courteous. Overall a great time!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn. I felt that the front service was outstanding upon check-in & check-out.

I loved the microwave & refrigerator. The room service was great!
