Overall this met my expectations of a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Felt mislead about the "complimentary" breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean facility.

When I called the night before, I was told breakfast was "complimentary," but later found out it wasn't.

This hotel had very nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast area was great and offered a wide variety. The beer tour at old Chicago pizza also offered a relaxing evening after a day of training. Staff was very curious as well.

Hot tub was great. Rooms were very nice with fridge & microwave ;-).

There was not much sound proof from room to outside.

The Holiday Inn Chicago Elk Grove is located near Chicago OHare International Airport. Close to Chicago at a distance of 28 miles, the hotel is the best choice for those who want well-lit parking spaces, secured accommodations and great customer service. The 160-room facility has a complimentary airport shuttle available to all guests making it more convenient to stay there if you want to stay close to the airport. Businessmen and women and those in town for a seminar usually choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and because it is also near major attractions in the area.
