I was never booked a room because when I called about my reservations they said that if you do your reservations online that they can be denied if there is no rooms available. The only way that I found out about this is because I called Sat. Oct 9 early around 7 a.m. and they told me that my reservations were denied because they had no rooms available. I think that you should inform the people booking a room online that they may not even get a room. If I wouldn't of called to ask a question about my reservations, I would of never even known that I had no room to stay in until I would of traveled 2 hrs and got to the hotel. I had never reserved a hotel room online before and was not aware that this could happen. I was very disappointed with this and I had to call about 10 other hotels on Saturday morning a few hours before I was supposed to leave for my weekend getaway to try and find a hotel room. Luckily some other hotel was able to accommodate me.
