This was an older Residence inn however, very well kept both inside and out. Although the pool was an outdoor one it was very warm and the sport court was great. The evening "snack" and breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located in an out of the way location but was quiet. The rooms were in excellent condition with excellent amenities. The breakfast and other services were very good.

The room and amenities were excellent with an excellent breakfast.

The some of the staff was less than friendly particulary the front desk.

I personally did not stay at the hotel. I got the hotel for my children who came in from out of town. I am relaying what they told me.

A full breakfast every morning. Comfortable. Left a coat in the room. Said they would send it.

Many visitors to Deerfield said this Residence Inn turned out to be better than they expected. The quiet location in a business park was good, the suites were clean, well equipped and specious and the crew of employees was friendly and efficient. Out-of-towners were impressed by the information they gained from the employees and also from fellow travelers at the evening socials. Those on an extended stay said it was an ideal choice as did families who used this as a base to see the area sights.
