They were very friendly and accommodating about early checking in and late check out, the new check out time there now is 11AM but they were kind enough to let me stay till 12:30, when asked. It is not walking distance from much of anything except the Arbor Lake with pretty swans and across from the lake was the Hyatt which had a great gourmet restaurant. The hotel restaurant was bland, though the free cooked to order breakfast was generous it was some weird chemical mix of egg - whites that they used for omelet's. The free wine and cocktails at happy hour was nice. The decor was very masculine and lacking color. All dark browns etc.

The bed and linens were very comfortable. The windows opened so you could feel the fresh air. AC worked well, not too much drafts.

The windows from each living room that faced out into the hallway. It gave a feeling of being on show, not private! The food there was so basic.
