Nice hotel, nice location. Expect to pay extra for parking.

Close to Downtown, very nice looking room.

Again the bed and pillows were like rocks. We had to pay $35 to park our car.

Wonderful hotel. Bad parking- expensive valet parking only. I witnessed a valet driver hit a guest's car and not do anything about it.

It was clean and looked very nice.

They charged 35 dollars a night for parking!

This is a stylish hotel with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. Guests who have stayed here say the rooms are elegantly furnished and the top-notch team of employees does a super job from check-in to checkout. The location is good, in the shadows of the Sears Tower, and those who dined here said the meals were magnificent even if they were expensive.
