We stayed here for a quick trip to Chicago for fun. It was in a great location and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I would stay here again in a second and would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and good location. Within walking distance to most everything. Website says Continental Breakfast which they DO NOT have. Also no hot tub. Smokers beware! Entire hotel is non-smoking which they do not tell you when you book.

We were so glad we picked this hotel! It was nice! The kids loved the pool. It was fun to walk every where we needed to go.

Very warm, comfortable hotel,,not the most palatial, but you're paying a reasonable price and getting more space than a standard room in a great part of town with wonderful service

This hotel was perfectly situated for walking most everywhere. Easy to get to from O'Hare via the blue line train. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge even checked our flight status and printed our boarding passes online to save us from the hassle at the airport. Rooms were large and clean, the location was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time in Chicago. this hotel had great employees,rooms,and the location was great, easy to get to all of our attractions. We will stay here again.

Stayed overnight on the Memorial Day weekend. Very pleasant experience; room was great. Location of hotel is perfect--can walk to many things. Bellhops were more than helpful. Definitely recommend.

Terrific location just east of Michigan Avenue. Close enough to walk to Navy Pier, Water Tower Place, and other Michigan Avenue shopping as well as State Street. Rooms large enough to spread out and well-appointed. Concierge and doorman for directions or hailing taxicab. Delightful bistro accessible through lobby as well as Starbucks. Very small lobby; but very contemporary.

The location is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, rooms are large and very clean, nice pool and exercise room, Starbucks downstairs, and there is a public room with internet access for anyone needing it in the basement level!! A great place to stay.

I just stayed here this weekend on a short trip to Chicago for shopping. Great location - the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was pleasant and resonably priced. Will be happy to stay here again.
