This hotel is in an ideal location, very close to the downtown shopping district. The rooms are well-furnished, and the general atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant stay in Chicago.

It's very close to the Magnificent Mile shopping area.

The parking garage was a tight fit, very tight corners.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We never heard a sound from the outside while in our room and we never heard a slamming door. That was amazing to us and as a result got a great night's sleep. Could go down and get a Starbuck's too as soon as we woke up!

The Courtyard by Marriot Chicago Magnificent Mile is a great hotel in a great location for both business and pleasure. The accomodations are swankier than what one would normally expect from the Marriott chain, with granite countertops, and premium linens. Many of the rooms are on the corner of the 26 storey building, offering views of Michigan Ave. and the lake at the same time.

The hotel is steps away from Michigan Avenue shopping and sightseeing, and about a five minute walk from the Chicago Loop, Wacker Drive, NBC Tower, Navy Pier and many corporate offices. The hotel restaurant, Viand, is trendy and feels more like an cool bar than a hotel restaurant.

The inside of the hotel has a modern Art Deco style, with clean lines and bright colors.

All of the rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott offer free high speed Internet access, alarm clocks, individually controlled air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and a coffeemaker/tea service.
