The room was small, but clean. The staff was aware of what I requested when I made the reservation and assigned me a room with the features and location that I desired.

We stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were not huge, but were nice and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent.

We were just in Chicago for one night and this was a perfect place for us. The room was not overly large or lavish, but it was nice and plenty of space for a short stay.The location was very close to shopping and the Navy Pier (our destination to go see the Tall Ships.) The front desk was very helpful with a restaurant recommendation and the included breakfast had lots of choices. We will stay there again!

The location of this hotel was just ideal for touring the city. It is just blocks from so much and all else is just a quick bus ride away. Only complaint would be that the room needs some upkeep, carpet fringing, wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Overall really nice, continental breakfast was a nice added bonus and the free internet helped in finding which bus to take where. Great location though, would stay again.

Room was smallish, no WiFi hook-up, but they did have BB w/ ethernet cable. Great continental plus breakfast. Staff was very nice. Location was really great ... just off MIchigan on the lake side ... easy walk to almost everywhere.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and stylish and the location is unbeatable. I will gladly stay here again.
