We have 3 children that are ages 12,8, and 4. This Hotel is very family friendly. Great location for family activities in Chicago. The free breakfast and cocktails are a nice touch. Staff are willing to help with anything from good eating places to what activities are good for families.

At this location, staff are like nazis -1 drink at a time, so plan to spend your eve in line, not sitting with friends!

The room was incredible, the complementary breakfast and manager's evening snack were magnificent but the best part of the stay was the staff. Whenever we had a question about how to get about Chicago or needed extra supplies they had what we needed with a smile. Will definately go back!

The hotel was nice & clean-all staff seem eager to please & help.Lakefront rooms were exceptional for seeing firework display several times @ navy pier-free breakfast was nice also-family friendly

This hotel was within a 15 minute walk to Navy Pier and the Mag. Mile. Plenty of dining options. The free breakfast definitely made this hotel a bargain. Will stay here again.

Loved the hotel! It was nice to have happy hour and breakfast for free. Not just donuts either, a real breakfast! However, the description of the room was incorrect. It was described as a two bedroom suite, when we checked it, we were shocked to find out that it was actually a 2 room suite, one being a bedroom with 2 beds in it and the other being a living area.

We had a corner room and the view was very good. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the evening receptions. It was also nice to be dropped off following a cab ride in a covered area.
