The hotel is in a great location in chicago, right in the middle of downtown. Within walking distance from the Navy Pier. Wonderful place to stay, I would definitly recommend it to anyone.

For the price I got the hotel for, it was very well worth it.

The pool could use a little less chlorine.

This hotel was very pleasant to stay at. I loved the free manager's reception in the evening and cooked breakfast in the lobby in the morning. The pool had a lot of kids in it until after 9. The room was very clean, with the only downside being that the mattress had springs that you could feel. Overall, a great experience though.

This is a great place to stay with your kids while visiting Chicago. Suites are large, pool is enjoyable, breakfast is hearty, location very good.

Front desk staff was great, delicious breakfast, lots of room, great location.

Long waits at breakfast.
