The breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Nice to have microwave in room. Kids & parents loved having the second tv so they could watch age appropriate shows. Will stay here again!

this hotel was clean, and the desk people were very nice. The room was spacious and not cold. The beds had 4 pillows each. The toilet and shower were in their own little room for privacy yet the sink was open in the room, great for multiples to get ready w/privacy. Great set up. we really enjoyed the stay.

Love the fact that outback ws attached to the hotel. Free Breakfast in the morning was great. A little noise from the trains running near by, by not a problem. Lobby big and festive. Old time airline attendant photos are cool!

We had a large suite, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The Outback restaurant attached to the hotel was nice and convenient. Excellent free breakfast. Within walking distance to the Blue Line train to downtown. We'd certainly go back!

This a good hotel to stay at. Service was prompt. Shuttle service is very good to the hotel and airport. Breakfast had a good selection. Pool is nice but no hot tub.

There was limited parking, but we never had trouble finding a spot. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. It was also nice that they offered hot breakfast in the morning. The room itself was VERY clean and comfortable. Even though this hotel is close to the airport, I didn't notice noise from air traffic. One suggestion, ladies, bring your own shampoo and conditioner - none is provided, which was fine with me since I usually bring my own, but I know some people rely on the hotel to provide little bottles.

This hotel is clean and we really enjoyed the room we stayed in. The breakfast was good, but so crowded you had to wait in line forever! Our only complaint is the walk to catch the Blue Line Train, you have to walk across many lanes of traffic with no crosswalk or anything. Could be dangerous w/ small children. Also make sure to double check the check in time for arrival. We arrived at noon only to find out that room wasn't going to be ready till 2:30pm. But overall this was a very nice hotel w/ a friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay here.

I chose this hotel based on price and high ratings and was not disappointed. Free parking, friendly service, close to transit. They offer free 24hr shuttle to and from the airport, so you could take the shuttle to the airport, take the train downtown with no walking! Or park at the train stop for $2 for 12hrs. Or walk 3 blocks to the train. Simple. They even came back and made the beds the day that we left the hotel after 4pm. RARE service! Free HOT breakfast- waffles... USA Today on weekdays, pool, fitness...

Excellent experience with absolutely no complaints! Parking was free, full breakfast (also free), corner suite was very comfortable! The hotel even had an Outback restaurant in it! Price was VERY reasonable for Chicago, especially when taking into account that most hotels charge $15-20 per night for parking!

The hotel appeared to be fairly new or newly renovated. It was very cleanly kept. Convenient to O'hare, short drive to downtown with good traffic.

Stayed here after missing a connection at O'Hare. Very nice rooms that appear to have been recently renovated. Free high-speed internet. It was nice to have an Outback on site.

As soon as you enter that door you are greeted by a sea of smiles i had a great breakfast and later dinner from outback enjoyed my suite and again the STAFF EXCELLENT................

This was our 5th stay at this hotel. The room was excellent as always and I don't believe you can find a better value in the Chicagoland area. The breakfast selection was great though a bit crowded on Sunday morning. (Tip) Get down for breakfast before 8:30.

This is a very clean and nice hotel with a good continential breakfast. The only problem we had was the noise from the expressway. Our room was on the expressway side and the noise from the traffic and the train made it hard to sleep.

The hotel had large rooms, free hot breakfast each morning and easy access to the interstate. It only took 20 minutes to drive to downtown Chicago. We will definitely stay here again.

Was a wonderful hotel, very clean. Room was wonderful. The only complaint we have is that the pool was down the whole time we were there for maintance.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great room, with a half wall separating the bedroom from a little sitting area. It had a microwave & fridge too. Great continental breakfast is included. We even made our own waffles. Outback Steakhoue is attached to the hotel so you don't have to go far for food if you don't want too.

The single room I was in was large, comfortable, and very quiet considering the hotel is right on the interstate. Outback Steakhouse is next door, other eateries within walking distance. Convenient to Blue Line train. Overall a really good experience staying here.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with polite staff. Rooms are absolutely wonderful for the price! They're quite large, and include a wet bar with sink, refrigerator and microwave.One of the things I appreciated is that the sink and mirror are outside of the actual bathroom, which is nice because you can still brush teeth, put on makeup, etc. at the sink even if someone is using the bathroom.Overall, this is a great hotel and I would stay there again.

My wife and I were "stuck" in Chicago because of Hurricane Ivan and we stayed at this hotel. It is a very nice affordable hotel in a nice area. The "L" is within distance and there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel also has a airport shuttle. Need a hot tub and MORE PARKING. I would stay here again if in the area.
