Charmin

This hotel was great. The staff was very nice and the hotel is close to an L station. We hardly drove our car at all the whole time we were there.

The buffet breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Pool was very small and the parking garage needs repaired.

Springhill Suites met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. The hotel is located close to rail transportation which we used daily in and out of Chicago.I believe the hotel outperformed their 2-star rating on the Priceline system.

Clean, comfortable, courteous staff, easy access to transportation.

This is an anual trip to Chicago and we have stayed at this hotel every time. Great staff and great rooms at a reasonable price.

Great price.

Vending was minimal and only on one floor.

The 245 all-suites Springhill Suites By Marriott Chicago OHare is a five-minute drive from the O'Hare International Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle to the terminals. Other items included in the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The 10-story, non-smoking property is 20 minutes from the center heart of downtown Chicago and provides affordable suite accommodation suited to both the leisure and business traveler. The hotel has 13 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 175 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, McCormick Place, the Rosemont Theater, Brookfield Zoo and the Art Institute of Chicago.

Former clients agree that this is a great airport hotel. Many families found it a convenient place to stay. It was easy to get to the downtown attractions from the nearby train station. And staying here was quieter and less expensive than similar accommodation downtown. Many clients said the coffee, cookies and ice-cold lemonade, that was always available in the lobby, was a welcome treat after a busy day. Most customers said they will stay at this hotel again and would recommend the property to their family and friends.
