Clean, friendly and helpful staff, decent location. There was confusion with the parking rate for the structure next door. Was told by bellman and desk clerk that rate was cheaper. However, nobody at the structure was working on Sunday when we left to give us the cheaper rate. The concierge gave us the difference in what we paid and what we were told we would pay.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly.

There was confusion with parking and the rate we were to get.

The Chicago City Center is a nice hotel located very close to all the attractions of downtown Chicago. It is a short walk from the hotel to restaurants, museums and trains. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler.

Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. I liked the room, sports club and other amenities.

I did not like the pillows on the bed. It was very difficult to get comfortable and neither myself or my partner were able to sleep very much.

Formerly known as the Holiday Inn City Center, this newly acquired property by the Doubletree brand has converted themselves over in a BIG way! Located in a prime location in Downtown Chicago, this hotel provides hotel guests with not only a breathtaking view of the city centre, but also great shopping on the famed Michigan Avenue (Magnificent Mile), countless dining choices within walking distance, and your choice of entertainment options at the nearby Navy Pier on Lake Michigan. All of Doubletree's rooms feature high-speed internet access, large work desk and ergonomic chairs, 27 inch television, Sweet Dreams by Doubletree sleep experience and mini bar. If you're going to Chicago, whether its for a vacation or for business you have to stay in the City centre. And the Doubletree Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile is in the center of it all. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially if one has a view of Lake Michigan. Also, the nearby attractions are extensive, shopping is above par, and the food exceptional and truly one of a kind.
