The hotel lobby was very nice and full of history. The location was great for seeing the museums. However, I give the hotel a two-star rating because of the room. Our room smelled funny, the tub was dirty, and the soap holder did not stay up. In addition, our room overlooked the 'el' train and was noisy.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. The lobby of the hotel held a great deal of history.

The hotel room smelled funny (not of smoke, but something else). The tub in the bathroom was dirty and the soap dish fell off.

The bed was nice but the lack of view was lame especially being across the street from Lake Michigan.

Location to lake Michigan.

Our room had no view and was some what small.

Good experience. We were vacationing and the Hilton is close to the tourist attractions and shopping. Rooms were very clean and our room had two bathrooms attached so getting kids ready was much easier.

The room had two bathrooms. With kids that was great.

It was a little noisy from the street noise, but that's to be expected in a large city.
