Hotel has great location and a nice lobby, view was not all that and don't get the Executive Suite, it's not worth the extra money, small bathroom and not that extra nice.

Lobby and Location are nice.

The Executive Suite was just a regular room with a little living room, not that nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business and find it to be convenient, well appointed and staffed with competent employees. I have always been able to secure a room at a reasonable rate, which is also important to me.

Good location, nice rooms, friendly service.

Would prefer free internet access.

This upscale hotel is a convenient point to explore various places of interest in Chicago. Most of the travelers were happy with well-kept rooms, comfy beds, same day laundry service, restaurant, parking, personable staff, location and value for the money spent. However, some guests griped about poor service, high parking fee and food price, Internet fee, ignored room preferences, ambulance siren noise and dirty rooms.
