My sister in law and I stayed here for a Girls Weekend. We skipped the valet parking and parked in the Hancock Bldg (just across the street) for a cheaper fee. At the front desk we asked for a room with a view and were given a room overlooking Michigan Ave. . a beutiful sight @ night. Beds were comfortable and doormen were great! Super friendly staff. The room was very clean.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Amazing beds. Good conference facilities. The elevators were extremely slow, particularly with our large group. I had a concierge level room which was very nice, clean and well equipped. I didn't have much of a view and the room was dark due to its proximity to other skyscapers, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel and I would return.

The bed is divine. Great sleep. Nice view of the city. Close to much of the downtown scene. Close to transportation, clubs, eateries, shopping....within driving/busing of the Navy Pier. Great doorman!

What a great location, great service. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. The room was huge and a last minute option for me. Highly recommend it.

Hotel room was very nice. lighting, decor, and space was pleasing. Heavenly bed was very nice. Shower head was worthy of a half hour shower. Saturday night stay for the price, this hotel was worthy of a return stay!

This hotel was a perfect hotel away from the hustle and crowds of Michigan avenue. Very nice lobby and bar. Conierge was extremely accomodating and gave great suggestions of what stores to visit and sites to see for a 2 day stay. I would return their in a heart beat. The executive club level was very nice.

Within walking distance to Michigan Ave. Didn't have room we reserved so they upgraded us to a nice corner room. Service was great. Hotel bar was a little on the expensive side. Plan for $35/day for valet service at the hotel. Overall it was a very nice hotel...exactly what you expect when you go with Westin.

Pretty nice, but I expected more out of a 4 star hotel. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. My husband twice requested champagne in our room when we arrived, but they did not come through.

We really enjoyed staying at the Westin. The bed was awesome, the shower was great and the view was nice too. We ate breakfast at the Ember Grille and it was outstanding. We would defintely use this hotel again.
