This upscale hotel in prime location is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Unbeatable location is its unique selling point (USP). A number of the visitors were happy with comfy spotless rooms, Heavenly beds, food, and personable and helpful staff. However, some guests were fully disappointed with dirty entryway floor, poor service, no kids club offerings though promised, stained bathroom fixtures, overpriced parking, dated rooms, thin walls, out-of-order AC, blood stains on duvet cover and leaking toilet.
