Loved the hotel. Thought the valet and bus man was a little pushy. They sort of assumed we were using them since we pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage. Made for quite a confusion. Did not like that the internet was not free. A Holiday Inn has free internet for goodness sake.

Location.

Internet not free. Valet man had problems with us unloading our luggage from our car with out using valet.

The location was excellent. Staff was very courteous. The room itself was pretty average although the view we had was fantastic! The cleaning staff missed a few spots, but it wasn't anything I couldn't live with. Not a luxury hotel, but a very nice hotel. I would stay there again.

The room was pretty average - but probably right in line with most 4 star hotels in Chicago; there were a few spider webs missed by the cleaning staff.

Room was fine, but many small children were on the same floor, including one in the room next to us. Not convenient for a couple looking to get away.

Bed was very comfortable.

Coffee was not free.

The Chicago Sheraton Hotel and Towers is centrally located in downtown Chicago overlooking the Chicago River. The hotel is within walking distance to Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile, the business loop the Art Institute and more. This is the perfect hotel for family vacations, romantic getaways or business conferences. The hotel boasts 1209 rooms including 40 suites. All rooms have a view of the Chicago River, the city's skyline or Lake Michigan. All rooms have been recently renovated. Guests staying on the Club Floor will enjoy extra privileges. The hotel has a steak house, breakfast cafe, burger joint, coffee bar serving Starbucks and bar. Guests have access to a full fitness center. For those in need of a convention room, the hotel can host conventions up to 4,000 people. A ballroom and meeting rooms are also available.

Guests have enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for walking around Chicago and taking in the city's sites. Guests have said that while the hotel is impressive from the outside the rooms are nothing special. If you have a room near the elevator take earplugs to block out the noise. To use the fitness center their is a charge.
