Great Location, Nice Room, Helpful Staff, Good Breakfast. Had a 2 Room Suite - Lots of room. Alittle pricey, but I guess that's Chicago for ya! :)

This hotel was in a perfect location-a block from the Magnificent Mile and a block from Lakeshore. We will definitely stay here again! The food was pretty bland.

This is a great place to stay in Chicago. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional. There is no pool or hot tub, but they do have a nice fitness center for a workout. They also have a free hot breakfast in the morning and the staff is one of the best. When I travel to Chicago, this is where I like to stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and eager to serve. The location is excellent and the ammenities such as the complimentary breakfast buffet and social hour were superb. We felt as if we were valued and respected as guests. When we visit Chicago again, this hotel will be the first on our list.

I made the reservations last minute and was shocked at how reasonable it was. It is a great value for the location.

This hotel has an excellent location because it is close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is cozy not too big and not too small. The rooms are very nicely appointed with a cheery atmosphere. Would be A+ if they had a hot tub or pool, but the health club has a good mix of machines and weights.

This is the 2nd year that we sisters have stayed at the Residence Inn on East Walton. Both times we have been very happy with the experience. We had a problem this time with being put in a room next to a noisy elevator and when I reported the problem, they immediately moved us to another room and discounted our rate. The only thing I'd like to see added is a larger gift shop.
