Hotel room clean, staff friendly, but the $20.00 parking fee was outrageous, being this wasn't even a downtown area!! Parking lot was out in the open and being it was raining, no way to get there without getting soaked.

Close to i90, close to O'Hare. This classy upscale hotel meets all your needs. Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms allow you to relax in style while waiting for your flight or experiencing the greater Chicago area.

Great bed and linens.

Expensive parking $20 a night.

The employees were polite and informational. The inside as well as the outside of the hotel was cleaned. I would stay there again.

I liked how the inside pool linked to the outside pool.

The hotel did not have a fridge or microwave in the rooms.

The Marriott Chicago OHare comprises 681 rooms and 22 suites and is two miles from the busy O'Hare International Airport and 15 miles from downtown Chicago. The non-smoking, 12-story hotel operates a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport terminals. The property caters for business travelers and conventions but has facilities suited to the leisure traveler. The hotel has 35 meetings rooms for business and social functions. The largest can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. The property has easy access to Chicagos EL-train and is two miles from the Donald E Stephens Convention Center. The hotel is within easy driving distance of seven golf courses, the Brookfield Zoo and U.S. Cellular Field, home of the White Sox.

Several former clients said they thought the prices here high but had to admit this Marriott was convenient for the airport. Guests who wanted to visit Chicago said the hotel was not convenient to get to downtown, even using the El train system. Conventioneers said the handling of meetings and conferences was very professional and well organized. Helpful and efficient staff, particularly those at the concierge, got praise from many people who have stayed here.
