Hotel is in a great location for shopping and the rooms are very tastefully done. The drinks at the bar are weak and given the cost of the rooms, the hotel shouldn't be charging guests to use the fitness center.

Great location and nice room.

$12 to use the fitness center is excessive, especially given the room rates.

The hotel was centrally located on the mile. I was very impressed with the room and the bed. Very comfortable beds made for a relaxing sleep after walking all day. The rooms were quite too. We slept very peacefully and heard no noise at night. We will stay at this hotel again!

The bed was super comfortable.

The fact that you have to pay extra to use the fitness room.

Best location of any hotel in Chicago, and for the most reasonable price. Great staff and service.

Amazing view.

Lobby was a bit hectic with a connecting Starbucks on Michigan avenue. Lots of random hanging around.

Most guests who stayed at this InterContinental hotel were impressed by this luxury hotel that has been a Chicago landmark since 1929. But it wasnt all rave reviews for this excellent property. There were some minor moans that the bathrooms were small. Despite this most guests said they would return to this hotel if they could afford it on future visits to the city and take full advance of the great location on the Magnificent Mile. There were top marks for the professional team of employees and fine dining at the hotels restaurant.
