About the Park Hyatt Chicago

Although you are at the heart Chicago, the Park Hyatt hotel has a defined European feel to it. The marble front desk, custom designed furniture and stunning paintings are your first indication that this is a luxury hotel. Located along the Magnificent Mile in Chicago’s Water Tower Square you are also close to fantastic sites and shopping. Although, the restaurants and boutiques found at the hotel might make it difficult for you to venture outside. The Park Hyatt also boasts about its service, and rightly so. You will be treated like the Rock Star you are, which only helps make your trip that much more enjoyable.

The Park Hyatt Chicago seems to have it all – fabulous location, amazing service and well-appointed rooms. There were many compliments on the service and although that doesn’t really make or break your stay, it definitely helps make your visit more enjoyable. Another bonus, at the time of this review, was that there was no charge to use the pool or gym. Double check before you go though. There were also many comments on its ideal location. Considering it can rain and/or snow in Chicago at a moments notice, it was a huge advantage to be so close to all the action. Read our customer reviews?

Each room at the Park Hyatt offers you views of either Lake Michigan or of the historic Water Tower Square. Choose from a Deluxe Room, Grand Deluxe Room, Terrace or one of the suites. Each has been tastefully designed with your comfort in mind. Also, wired and wireless Internet is available for those who need to stay in touch.

Amenities offered

The Park Hyatt has a lot to offer whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Take your clients or a loved one to the NoMI restaurant, which features fantastic views of the Magnificent Mile. You can also enjoy a nightcap at the lounge. Take a break from it all and relax at the wonderful Tiffani Kim Institute Spa. Or, work up a sweat at the Park Hyatt fitness facility. Complete with a lap pool, the latest fitness equipment, complimentary water and fruit, you really have no excuse to not go.

Directions from the O’Hare Airport:
Stay in the far left lane when leaving the airport and follow the Downtown Chicago signs.
You will be on the I-90. Follow this until it merges with I-94.
Take the Ohio Street exit, which is a one way going East.
Take Michigan Avenue and turn left.
Take Chicago Avenue and turn left.
The Park Hyatt will be your first building on the right hand side.
