Small meeting? This is the place - posted on 04/05/2007
For central location, and a quick meeting, this is the place. Great conference rooms for small groups and you can get on a plane in minutes. The hotel needs more restaurants, though.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The bed was soft, the shower warm, the room service prompt after a long busy trip. We stayed the night before our early AM flight and it gave us the refreshing burst of energy we needed. Very business like without much glitter, typical of a transit hotel. Very pleased with our brief stay!

It is very convienant, becasue you can access the Hotel from the Terminals without going outside. Rooms are compact, as space is at a premium.

the comfort of the location was completely offset by the lack of appropriate parking space, valet parking was in name only, no one was available, staff was rude and not helpful at all. I would never stay here

Nothing in this hotel pleases me. I do not believe that Hilton has earned its reputation after having experienced staying there recently. I will never go back again no matter how good the rates are!

My family and I stayed here in Nov 2005 with our 5 year old and the room had no heat. I was told by the engineer to turn off the heat for an hour then turn it back on,so the heat will come on. He explained the pressure was low,of course we had no heat.. Why wouldn't you have the heat working in the dead of winter? The management was very nonchalant about the situation. I explained to them we have a child in the room can we at least get a heater. Let just say I won't refer a dead dog to stay here. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE.

I am a Hilton Honors and they were wonderful upon arrival. Got into my room at about 10:30 am -Wonderful!!!! The sandwich I had in their famous restaurant was totally disappointing. Impressively large, but not very good. Overall, a nice stay!

The bathroom was so crowded that the door had a nick cut out of it in order for it to clear the toilet. I forgot my toothbrush and was denied one from the conceirge -- told to buy one out of the honor bar for $5.73. This hotel is convenient to O'Hare but has nothing else to make it worth the cost.

Hotel staff is terrific. Restaurant staff is terrible - went into main restaurant, waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and then left. Went into sports bar restaurant, waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and then left in frustration.
