The rooms are really cool and very calming. If you want to get away on a romantic trip to Chicago this hotel is a nice clean place to stay. Rooms are small but not cookie-cutter.

As soon I entered the hotel I felt as if it should have been near a beach. It had very calming colors, and to me had a tropical air about it.

The room had a very "beach" like air to it. It was very pleasing to the eye, not the typical drab hotel room colors & wallpaper.

Slow elevator doors.
