We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff always seemed ready to help us with anything. Only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. Pricey around 22 dollars.
Staff was very helpful with any of our needs.
I could not get double beds, could only get a king sized bed and we had 4 people in our party

Overall this hotel was very clean & the staff was friendly & helpful. I loved the location as I was there to sightsee & it was walking distance to museums, the planetarium, Shedds Aquarium, etc. The restaurant downstairs was great & the breakfast place around the corners (Yolk) was amazing for breakfast.
I loved the cleanliness of the hotel & room & the friendly staff. This hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing.
There was no room service.

Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean, location is great if you want to visit attractions south of the Chicago river (museums), not a bad place for business traveler or families.
Staff was efficient and friendly, good location.
Lobby smelt like cigarette smoke.

The Best Western Grant Park may not be the most luxurious lodging in Chicago. It might not be the best value hotel in their area either. For travelers who intend on staying in the neighborhood though, you won't find a more convenient, comfortable, and affordable hotel. The rooms are updated, and clean, and the beds are better than bearable. Coming back to these rooms at the end of the day provides guests with relaxation as well as a place to stay. At $24.00 a day, parking fees can make this an expensive option, but savvy travelers will save a bundle, and still be able to stay in the closest value hotel to Grant Park.
