The Bradley Fairfield is a reliably clean and comfortable hotel. It is much better maintained than surrounding hotels.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, as well as quiet.

The front desk is often not adequately staffed.

Traveled with spouse and 2 small children. I realize this is on the budget end of the Marriott hotel chain; however, I was really disappointed in the very poor quality/comfort of the sofa bed & king bed. Sofa bed sagged in the middle and there was no "cushion effect" left in either sofa bed or king bed. The towels appeared clean, but some had stains on them - which made me question the entire supply in our room. We were happy that it was only a 1 night's stay.

The 57-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kankakee/Bourbonnais is located off I-57 and provides economically priced accommodation suited to both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is next to the Northfield Square Mall and a few minutes drive from Olivet Nazarene University, home of the Chicago Bears Training Camp and Kankakee Community College.
